Regret has become some kind of habit of mine, and is something I really hate about myself.
I always do something big or small, good or bad it doesn't matter I always regret doing it and I think I made a really bad decision and I've been beating myself about it.
I stayed in Jeddah instead of going to highschool in Malaysia, I think I would've been a stronger and better person.
I might be better in English and I would always count on myself...
I'm hoping, I'm praying that I have made the right decision.

School started a few days ago and it's not too bad, 1st year of highschool seems ok

You sir have made the wrong choice.
Everyone regrets at one point or the other. In actual fact, it may be a positive thing: you think about the choices you've made and realise the pros and cons of it. In the long run, this makes you a better decision-maker as a whole.
Don't worry; it'll be better soon.
P.S:-I do think you should've gone to Malaysia for highschool though. But then again, think of it this way: what if you had difficulty in adapting to the environment; what if you didn't exactly fit in with the crowd there; what if you felt homesick to the extent that you couldn't get yourself to actually sit back, relax and/or do something productive? There's not much use in crying over spilt milk, my friend, I'm sure you'll feel happier about your decision to stay here in due time.
